The Junior Youth Ministry targets youth in grades 6-8. Its purpose is to share the love of Jesus Christ through Bible study, service, activities, retreats, Youth nights and more. For more information on Junior Youth Ministries, contact DCE Jolene Siebarth.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION HOUR
When: Sunday Mornings
Where: 6th grade - Room 217, 7th grade - Room 209, 8th grade - Room 213
Time: 9:30-10:30am
What: Classes for each grade focusing on growing in the strength and knowledge of God's Word

YOUTH NIGHTS
Join us on the Third Sunday from 6:30-8:30pm for an evening of fun! Activities range from Broomball, Ultimate Frisbee and Basketball to group games and social activities. The evening also includes devotions and opportunities to meet new friends. This evening is for you to come and have a good time in a relaxed Christian environment. Youth Nights are held from September - May.

RETREATS
The Junior Youth participate in three retreats throughout the year. The retreats include the fall Confirmation retreat at Camp Wartburg (grades 7-8), the Youth Quake, and the Missouri District Junior High Retreat at Camp Windermere. Each retreat focuses on celebrating the Christian life through Bible study, devotions, songs, community building activities and more. Information on each retreat will be posted as it becomes available.

SUMMER EVENTS
A variety of activities are available in the summer including canoe trips, outings to see the Cardinals and a Pool Party. Service and fellowship time is also included for summer involvement. Check the Glimpses or monthly Youth Newsletter for the latest information.
